Cloud Services Description

CLEARSPAN CLOUD SERVICE DESCRIPTION 

The following provides a description of the Clearspan Cloud Services available to Customers as of the date of execution and is subject to change by Clearspan without notice. Specific Clearspan Cloud Services and Entitlements shall be as detailed in Customer’s Order(s).

Clearspan Cloud Services includes the portfolio of commercially available cloud based services including Clearspan Hosted Voice services and associated features, and Clearspan’s proprietary OpEasy® provisioning, management, and reporting web based portal. Service packages and plan names are subject to change.

CLEARSPAN HOSTED VOICE

Clearspan Hosted Voice offerings includes a full range of enterprise grade voice, video, fax, call handling, various features and application integrations based on industry standards including, but not limited to:

  • Voice, Video, and Messaging
  • Modern Collaboration tools including 1:1 and team based chat, video, voice, multiple simultaneous screen sharing, and file sharing
  • Unified Messaging
  • Call Center Agent (Standard & Premium)
  • Call Center Desktop Client (Agents and Supervisors)
  • Auto Attendant
  • Receptionist
  • Business Trunking
  • PSTN Calling Plans and BYO PSTN
  • SMS/MMS Messaging
  • Meet-me audio Conferencing
  • Inbound Fax routing
  • E911 with Enhanced Routing Services (ERS) that supports compliance with state and federal E9-1-1 regulations
  • Carrier grade network design with fully redundant data centers

 

CLEARSPAN OpEasy®

Clearspan’s web based OpEasy® is a suite of applications that provides customers multi-tiered self service provisioning, management, and reporting capabilities including, but not limited to:

  • Login Management: OpEasy® Login Management allows administrators to manage subordinate administrator accounts.
  • Provisioning: The OpEasy® Provisioning application provides basic and advanced functions for provisioning users including import and export capabilities.
  • Users – Basic Mode – Provisioning mode provided for basic users, which requires minimal training.
  • Users – Advanced Mode – Provisioning mode provided for advanced users with much more expanded capabilities.
  • Virtual Users – Auto Attendants – Allows administrators to provision and manage Auto Attendants for their organization
  • Virtual Users – Hunt Groups – Allows administrators to create and manage hunt groups
  • Virtual User Inventory: Allows administrators to list virtual users. The search mechanism allows display of all virtual users, all virtual users of a specific virtual user type, or selected virtual users
  • Import – Advanced: Advanced import provides the ability to import user information via an Excel worksheet with expanded capabilities. May be started immediately or scheduled.
  • Import Enterprise: Enterprise import allows administrators to import enterprise-level information per an OpEasy generated Excel spreadsheet that contains worksheets for multiple purposes. Worksheet processing may be started immediately or scheduled
  • Import Group: Group import allows administrators to import group-level information per an OpEasy generated Excel spreadsheet that contains worksheets for multiple purposes. Worksheet processing may be started immediately or scheduled
  • Export Advanced: Advanced export allows administrators to obtain user information from the Clearspan system. It provides Excel worksheets using the same format as the Advanced Import for ease of use. Exports may be started immediately or scheduled.
  • Export Enterprise: Enterprise Export allows administrators to obtain enterprise-level information from the Clearspan system. It provides Excel worksheets using the same format as the Enterprise Import which provides ease of use. Exports may be started immediately or scheduled
  • Export Group: Group Export allows administrators to obtain group-level information from the Clearspan system. It provides Excel worksheets using the same format as the Group Import which provides ease of use. For example, if modifications are needed to any of the group-level functions, an export can be performed and the same worksheet can be used as import with the modify commands in place. Exports may be started immediately or scheduled.
  • Phone Management: OpEasy® Phone Management provides the capability to manage devices for users including changing the assigned template.
  • Phone Templates: The Phone Templates application provides the ability to create and assign configuration templates for groups of users allowing better control for configuration of devices.
  • User Profiles: The User Profiles function allows administrators to create and manage profiles to simplify user provisioning. Each User Profile contains a device type, template, and appropriate rules that are used when adding Clearspan users. This allows (especially basic) administrators to quickly create users with limited information as the complex settings are derived from the User Profile information.
  • Enterprise Settings – Department: Allows administrators to manage departments for the enterprise
  • Enterprise Settings – Device Types: Allows administrators to identify the device types that can be used by an enterprise
  • Enterprise Settings – Device Type Tags: Allows administrators to create, modify and delete device type tags. These tags can be assigned to any or all groups within the selected groups
  • Enterprise Settings – Music on Hold: Allows administrators to pre-define music on hold settings for a group or user
  • Enterprise Settings – Phone Numbers: Allows administrators to manage phone numbers for the enterprise
  • Enterprise Settings – Solution Reseller Defined Fields: Allows administrators to create up to 10 Solution Reseller Defined Fields for each group. These fields are used to provide additional information about an enterprise for billing purposes
  • Enterprise Settings – User Defined Fields: Allows administrators to configure any number of user-defined fields, whose value is configured for each user and virtual user. The configured fields include the label, type, and a default value for each User Defined Field in an enterprise
  • Enterprise Settings – Voice VPN Policies: Allows administrators to add, modify or delete Voice VPN policies for the enterprise
  • Group Settings – Announcement Repository: Allows administrators to add, modify, or delete greetings in the Announcement Repository for a selected group.
  • Group Settings – Authorization Codes: Allows administrators to add, modify or delete communication barring authorization codes for a selected group
  • Group Settings – Call Pickup Groups: Allows administrators to manage call pickup groups for a selected group
  • Group Settings – Department: Allows administrators to manage departments for a selected group
  • Group Settings – Group Device Tags: Allows administrators to create and manage tags used by devices within the group for each device type.
  • Group Settings – Music On Hold: Allows administrators to configure Music on Hold settings for groups and departments
  • Group Settings – Group Night Forwarding: Allows administrators to manage the Group Night Forwarding settings to forward inbound calls for the group to a specified destination
  • Group Settings – Phone Directory Management: Allows administrators to set LDAP directory settings for the enterprise or groups
    Group Settings – Phone Numbers: Allows administrators to manage phone numbers for the group
  • Group Settings – Speed Dial Lists (8 and 100): Allows administrators to create a list of pre-defined speed dial 8 and speed dial 100 lists for a group
  • Group Settings – Virtual On-Net Enterprise Extensions: Allows administrators to add, modify, or delete the Virtual On-Net Enterprise Extensions defined within a group.
  • Reporting: The OpEasy® Reporting system provides reports for inventory control, billing reconciliation, license control and CDRs. The following reports are available:
  • Inventory Report – This report contains general information for users and includes a tab for devices. This report may be executed for an enterprise, for a group, or for a department
  • Registration Report – This report provides the registration status of all devices in a selected enterprise or group
  • Edge Device Utilization Report – This report lists the phone devices that attach to each edge device and creates a spreadsheet for download
  • Enterprise Usage Report – This report contains a summary, by enterprise, and totals for Normal Users, Virtual Users, Devices, Resources, and Optional Services
  • Voicemail Report – This report provides the voice mail utilization statistics for the System, Enterprise, Group, Department, and User. The statistics include mailboxes in service, message counts, average message count, average message size per box, mailbox capacities, and highwater marks
