OpEasy 23.3 Enhancement Overview
- The OpEasy UI/UX spacing and fonts have been modified to optimize access to commonly used fields.
- An OpEasy ‘User Profile’ can now include a Clearspan Bridge device to ease the deployment of the Clearspan PING client.
- Provisioning enhancements have been added to enable simple updates to AudioCodes MP-1288 analog gateways without requiring a restart of the MP-1288 application.
- Scalability improvements have been introduced to better support Enterprises requiring hundreds or thousands of Emergency Response Locations (ERLs).
- Holiday schedules can now be exported and imported using the Group and Enterprise Advanced Provisioning worksheets.
- OpEasy now supports provisioning of the new optional Call Center control window available in the Clearspan PING client.
- When allowed by Office 365, OpEasy is now capable of issuing a ‘Sync’ request to finalize the integration of newly added or deleted Microsoft Teams endpoints.
